You will eventually get a phone call from a distorted voice that sends you on your "predecessor's tracks". Successfully complete the tutorial and a few missions. You will see a new envelop legend labeled "Special Mission". Pause the game, and display the "Map Legend" menu. Start a new game or continue a saved game.
